The layer is very thin. It is nothing like the 1 tog sleep sacks. Contacted customer care about the discrepancy and they vaguely claimed its just as warm even though the sleep sack is much thicker and fleece lined. When I asked them to confirm they are saying it is exactly the same warmth as claimed, I got no response. They expect you to pay to ship the item back, even though they're lying about their tog system.
