Definitely block out the sunlight and a fair bit of the heat. The edges to curl though and it is hard to stop light coming in when you have a large window and are layering on top.

Easy to apply and effective. Has started to peel a bit and let the light in but the material sticks back down easily enough. There’s heaps in the roll so it’s good value.
