Meet the Sleep Sack

The Sleep Sack is an arms-out Sleep Sack for infants and toddlers. It's slim-fit shape and stretchy organic jersey cotton material are similar to the fit and feel of a swaddle to help ease the transition out of swaddling to arms-out sleeping. We recommend this product as baby's first Sleep Sack, after the swaddling newborn phase is over.

Previously named Jersey Sleep Sack; packaging may have either product name.

Materials & Care

Materials

95% Organic Cotton / 5% Elastane

The Sleep Sack is made from Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified organic cotton that is non-toxic and gentle on irritable skin. All ergoPouch fabrics are dyed with non-toxic water based dyes. ergoPouch Sleep Sacks are reviewed by the Eczema Association of Australasia (EAA) as a skin-friendly product.


Care

How to wash and dry your Sleep Sack

  • Low tumble dry
  • Moderately hot iron
  • Dry cleanable
  • Do not use bleach based stain removers

    When cared for properly, this product will last several years and can be used for more than one baby. Our TOGs don't lose their warmth ratings over time, but a gentle fluff up in the dryer on a low setting helps maintain the fiber's loft, allowing air to circulate more effectively.

For sleep only. Do not allow a child to walk around when wearing the Sleep Sack. Not suitable for use in a 5 point harness.

As this product is made from organic cotton and is not treated with chemical fire retardants the following red fire label applies.

FIRE HAZARD LABEL according to AS/NZS 1249:2014: WARNING High Fire Danger. Keep away from heat and flame.
